HOW ARE PARTS SHIPPED AND WHAT IS THE TIMEFRAME?
- To our wholesale customers, parts are shipped by company truck, FedEx/UPS, and LTL freight.
- For online orders, parts are sent FedEx or UPS or by LTL freight (unless you opt for in-store pickup)
- Parts are shipped as soon as they are pulled and quality inspected. If the part is off the vehicle and on the shelf, it will ship same or next day. If the part needs to be pulled, it’s usually next day or the day after. Contact your salesperson for a tracking number.
We service the DC Metro, Northern Virginia, Southern Maryland, Eastern Shore and some parts of Delaware by company truck and will ship worldwide via FedEx, UPS, or Freight. We do not allow freight pick-up unless you have a wholesale charge account. Contact Dawn Bland in accounting to apply for a charge account.
Our parts are shipped from our shipping warehouse in Brandywine, MD at our main store. The parts from outer stores come to Brandywine first, and are sent out on the next available truck servicing your area. Most areas will be serviced by at least one truck run per day unless you’re a significant distance away. In that case, your salesperson will arrange a delivery time for you. Any delivery questions can be directed to your salesperson or to our delivery manager John Baxter.
Our professional delivery staff is one of the most efficient in the industry and our trucks, equipped with a sophisticated GPS tracking system, are tracked by computer and we are able to tell you where your order is and an estimated time of arrival in real time.
